Gone, But Not Forgotten!

IA, with everything you said about Jennifer. My intention about Daniel was more how he feels about what is going on in the SL. I honestly believe he is a tad bit remorseful. Esp. on his last day, he mentions about all the bad relationships and memories in Salem. I am jumping the gun a bit, but maybe he considers Jennifer part of those relationships/mistakes. Even if Jennifer is responsible for this situation, it may not be how others see it. I got the impression that he is concerned about what others think and maybe is ready to stop making the same mistakes he's made in the past. It was a strange feeling, but Melanie was also singing the same tune in a very recent epi regarding her Abby & Chad situation. So, I put 2 and 2 together, and that leads me to believe that the Jonas, black sheep of Salem, are trying to turn over a new leaf. I think Dan is aware of Jack's situation, and he understands the big picture surrounding it, as he has mentioned to Jack in convo a few times. I also thinks that Dan loves her in some way, even more than Jen loves him. Like he is ready to move on and she is not. I will not pity Daniel, but say that, at this moment he is more realistic about what is going on. Jennifer still has her head stuck in the sand somewhere. I am not pro Daniel, by any means, but feel that I can be still be objective. I hope you understand. Edited by Dreamer, Jan 25 2012, 09:28 PM.

I understand :) I do think in the weeks leading to Daniel's exit he was being more objective than Jennifer had been all last year. But at the same time I don't believe that Dan/Jen are over. I still expect Jen to go running to Daniel when he returns. Now whether he will welcome her remains to be seen. |
